Booked with the lady ( Therapist 2) whom I trust and happy with her work.
On arrival I was told I’ll be looked after by another specialist, all the while I saw the lady I booked with was doing other clients more advanced nails job. Felt not nice, I’m a client as well.
As a result I’ve ended up with painful cuts in three places and less than a week my hands look drastic, cuticles like rags not to say cuts around nails hurt.
Unless it’s therapist 2 , I would not trust.
