My visit on 12th July was great, 5 stars as always.
However today the lady who did my nails was rushing, which wouldn’t really be a problem, but she accidentally cut my finger quite badly with the electric file to the point of bleeding. I wasn’t offered any discount to compensate for this, which would have been a nice gesture especially considering I have been a loyal customer since 2022. This is a shame, but I will be back as I have never previously had a negative experience.
