I always use the venue for my pedicure treatments, but never had it done by the lady. There was a problem at communicating ( I needed to ask one of the guys to translate) and when I requested the pedicure area to be cleaned thoroughly ( because of my apprehension about getting infections) I was totally ignored. I had a painful and rough experience, I was in tears, and I regretted staying over. Sorry, I’m expecting to have an enjoyable, pampering experience; this time I was in tears.
