I always use the venue for my pedicure treatments, but never had it done by the lady. There was a problem at communicating ( I needed to ask one of the guys to translate) and when I requested the pedicure area to be cleaned thoroughly ( because of my apprehension about getting infections) I was totally ignored. I had a painful and rough experience, I was in tears, and I regretted staying over. Sorry, I’m expecting to have an enjoyable, pampering experience; this time I was in tears.

This was my first visit here and Linh did probably the best gel manicure I've ever had. He took his time, gave good advice and really cared about what he was doing.
