I always use the venue for my pedicure treatments, but never had it done by the lady.
There was a problem at communicating ( I needed to ask one of the guys to translate) and when I requested the pedicure area to be cleaned thoroughly ( because of my apprehension about getting infections) I was totally ignored. I had a painful and rough experience, I was in tears, and I regretted staying over.
Sorry, I’m expecting to have an enjoyable, pampering experience; this time I was in tears.

Amazing as always! Ann saved my nails which had broken from gardening and DIY. They were so painful and she took so much care! She also did my pedicure perfectly but Ann is always 10/10 on the pedicure! Recommend!
