This is my third time at the salon and I've decided I won't be coming back. The first time I was impressed, I had a lovely gel manicure, done very swiftly and will great attention to detail. I therefore came back but the second time was a great disappointment - my nails looked sloppy and the whole experience took 1.5h because the guy kept doing other things... I decided o won't write it off for that and came back a third time. The member of staff was nice and chatty but the whole thing was so rushed, I actually had to just file my nails again because they all had a non shape and were different lengths on both hands. Shame really because you can tell some technicians are great but even if you book with a specific one you don't necessarily get them (which is what happened yesterday).
