It's been mentioned by a few others already but since change of management last few visits have felt busy and rushed & a distinct lack of the personable customer service that we were accustomed too as long-term clients. Still great service & I do leave happy with my nails but not necessarily the overall experience so considering changing to a salon closer to home now.

My first time getting BIAB and Ren did an amazing job on my very bitten nails. Just had an infill done at the salon today with Lam and will definitely be coming back for another as my nails keep growing!
