I booked a manicure/pedicure with gel but was only given a gel off/gel on.. wasn't communicated to me that they didn't have time. nails are also a bit dull and not shiny as I would expect from a gel mani/pedi. polite lady but service wasn't the best

I dislike leaving poor reviews but I think people should be aware before booking here.
If you are trying to book a same-day appointment, you should call the salon to check their availability. They have Treatwell set up to auto-confirm last-minute appointments but may not have the staff to fulfil them.
I found the customer service to myself and others I witnessed quite abrupt and the actual services I received and saw others receive were just ok. The salon itself is nice and seems clean.

The pedicure chair was in an awkward place so ended up smudging my nails when getting up. Also it’s on a raised marble platform which felt really dangerous when stepping down with moisturised feet. It’s a massive slip hazard. I asked for french manicure with black tips but stylist couldn’t do French manicure and had no black polish. There was a limited supply of colours so ended up not having the manicure. She tried to over charge me for the pedicure. Also she had a cold which felt unhygienic
