The owner had purposely overbooked the poor masseuse for the day - 5 massages for one masseuse is not fair.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The upper lip wax was done quickly and properly. The lady also touched up with a bit of threading. I asked for a short cut (bob). The hair was cut fairly well

It was good but unfortunately in some of the nails I still had gel on and I had to remove it myself that why I rated 4 stars. The therapist was nice though.
