I went here a few months ago and the young girl ripped me to pieces! I did go back and wow what a change. The girl wasn't there any longer and what a relief. I was served by a new lady called Alexis and she was so chatty and made me feel welcome. There was chat between the other members of staff i really left feeling wonderful. Thanks Girls
The young lady working there today was not that good at threading. I have had it done before at other places ... But can say today I was in a great deal of pain... And even still the ski. In the area is still very puffy and sore ...won't be going back there again
My first visit for a threading and i am so disappointed. I had my eyebrows threaded in January by Shavata in London one of the top threaders int he country and my brows were fab. The girl at Debenhams was not as quick when threading which meant it hurt a little. She has taken far too much off my brow after asking her not to. She barely listened to me and looked annoyed at me asking. She has taken too much off in the corner of each brow and I am just hoping they will grow back as I have naturally plenty of brow. Would not recommend at this store and will definitely not be going back.
These were recmmended by my Mother in Law, and were brilliant! After years of waxing at home, I had enough!! So went along, had a chat and voila! Same cost as a pack of wax strips, easier, nicer, less painful and quick.
I went for threading, as with all my research, felt that it would be best for me.
Results brilliant, and were gone by the time it was school pick up time (phew!)
Will definatley be using again, and cannot recommend anough!
Give it one try at least, good value and brilliant results.

I have been having my eye brows waxed at the Llanduno store for over 12 months.I don't like the way everyone walks passed & can see what your having done.
But I accept this for the convience of my visits, over the last 12months I have carefully nurtured & changed the shape of my brows will help from the Staff. I went on Bank Holiday Monday & all the girl wanted was to go home.She gave no thought or attention to what I asked & now my brows are almost non existing. Last time I went on Bank holiday the same girl, refused to do them as it was 3.30pm & she had turned the wax off & wanted to close up.Even though the store waS OPEN UNTIL SIX. PLEASE TAKE A TIP FROM ME. Don't go to ARCHANGELS ON A HOLIDAY !!
