I literarly was a last minute booking (booked 30m before appointment time), so Amy was not there as she didn't know I was coming! Luckily enough Lauren the other stylist, said she would step in and do my cut. Lauren does not use Treatwell for bookings.
Lauren was excellent, listened to what I wanted and cut it accordingly. Excellent service.
