I have been to Arawan before and always enjoyed it, but this time was pretty disappointing. I felt like the person had no technique, she didn’t introduce herself or asked me about pressure. She repeated the exact same movements and despite saying that I had a sore neck/shoulder, she didn’t treat this area any different to the rest. She also left the room for a few minutes during the massage to talk to someone outside, which breaks the experience for me.
