The venue is clean with a lovely calming ambiance. The therapist showed me to my room, told me what clothes needed to come off. She then left while I got ready. The room again was clean, had dimmed lighting, soft music playing in the background. As soon as she started the massage I melted. It was heaven! I left feeling on cloud 9
