overall not a great experience - wax too hot, skin scrubbed after waxing which made it very sore and not all hair removed - but the beautician was very nice

I have had experience of going to 5 different lash salons. I tried Dionne, as she was able to fit me in last min for a patch test. Best decision I made as I have found a lash technician that I can stick with.Dionne gave me an initial consultation which I had never had before, she asked me about the look I wanted, the fullness I wanted and talked me through the different styles and eye lash types. My eyelashes have never looked so good, her after care is amazing she is the best at what she does
