I had a great sports massage that helped relieve back and shoulder pain. I was also given advice on streches that would help.

What can I say? I cannot have asked for a better therapist! Tim really does go above and beyond in his treatments; alongside his exceptional knowledge of our body structure, you’re really in good hands! I have struggled with pain in my shoulders and ongoing restless legs which, thanks to Tim, have eased. I will definitely need to maintain treatments in order for it to heal completely. All in all, a first class service with a charming therapist!
