I found Tim very knowledgeable and personable. I have had many deep tissue massages over the last 10+ years and I would say Tim found my 'problem' areas quickly and gave me helpful advice to assist with my herniated discs issues.
Highly recommended.

This was my first visit and it definitely won’t be my last. I booked a 20mins stretch therapy session with Timothy. On arrival I was greeted by Timothy who was very polite and courteous. The treatment room was clean and airy. Timothy talked me through everything and kept me informed with what he was doing without taking away the relaxation element. I also received a deep tissue massage which was amazing. Overall this was a pleasant experience, I just wish I had booked a hour long treatment.

Timothy was awesome and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs specific treatments. Also gave me some helpful exercises to stop the problem happening again.

I’ve had 3 sessions with Tim now, 2 sports massages and a PT session. I’ve had a great experience every time and Tim is very knowledgable, personable and professional. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone, you will not be disappointed.
