The staff member Cindy was lovely and extremely professional. She gave me life advice before the treatment and told me the do’s and don’t’s to my diet and lifestyle choices. During the treatment she made me feel very relaxed and helped me relentlessly when I felt a tad uncomfortable. She finished with a thorough written programme for me to follow after the treatment. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at the centre were excellent, took plenty of time to explain things thoroughly and were reassuring and very helpful. Would highly recommend them.
The treatment itself however with the new "open" system used by the centre was a little more uncomfortable than expected and I believe that may have had an impact on its effectiveness. Therefore, I would advise making sure to check if it will be suitable for you or if the alternative type is actually more appropriate, before booking your appointment.
