Trimmed to much/too close to live skin when trimming my cuticles. They bled and were sore for days. Very small place so was squashed in a corner. Group of three builders walking in and out during treatment and talking loudly about work/improvements that were to be done. Staff smoking outside open door, talking loudly and smoke constantly wafting.

It was my first time waxing and Catalina was really nice about it. I was literally terrified and she gave me breaks whenever it was needed without making me feel like a problem. I would definitely go back again
