Painful though it can be, during the treatment , that is because she knows exactly what she is doing and where the problems are, and even though I am exhausted afterwards (and I am doing nothing but lie on the couch!!), I always feel like I have had such a thorough unknotting, that my muscles are all warm and relaxed, and I could just go straight to sleep (if only I did not have to drive home!!).
