Drove 30 minutes to the massage, arranged childcare. To be greeted at the front buzzer by a man from downstairs telling me the lady is on holiday. I’ve got confirmation email, reminder email. I paid upon booking, salon are ignoring my messages and calls. I want my money back, I am utterly disgusted and very angry.
