friendly staff, nice relaxing room and lovely massage which helped ease my fibromyalgia and back pain. The only thing I could say that could potentially cause difficulties is the parking and it might be helpful to mention it when booking as I needed to collect a permit to put into my car and didn't know that was an option until I phoned to say I couldn't find appropriate parking and was driving around-I actually nearly just drove away.
