I booked a full acrylic set with normal polish for £28, then was told French tips (Gel) were an extra £10. The almond shape was nice, but the polish wasn’t, only the white tips were painted, some are uneven, and my pinky and middle finger look a little poorly done. She only had nine nails to do, so I expected more care. I came at opening but it got busy fast so I didn’t feel great asking for it to be fixed. I don’t feel like I should’ve had to pay an extra £10, the finish didn’t match the price
