Despite living quite nearby, I had never realised that the Appuru shop (and now also beauty rooms downstairs) were there so this was a first visit. The therapist was great and the treatments wonderful, I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience overall! Emma, my therapist was lovely and the treatments were very well done. The only thing that might have been done better was that I guess I'm used to a slight commentary when it comes to the products/specific treatments being administered and maybe it was just the therapist's style to leave me in peace (I will not fault her for that!). But it would have been nice to know what products she was using as I am very tempted to get them myself now!

First time I visited and found the staff friendly and welcoming. I had a massage and facial and both were fantastic using top quality products. I had a deep tissue massage and found it so soothing as muscles and tensions were eased away by the masseuse. She asked me questions about my skin and health and advised which products she would use for my facial as tey would be more suitable than the ones mentioned in the offer - I found the staff were very genuine and professional. The ambience in the therapy room was lovely. The place was potless also which all put me at ease and helped me relax as soon as I stepped into the shop. I would highly recommend this great little place. A little haven in Pimlico.
It was the 1st time I had visited Appuru as I saw an advert in the metro for a 1 hour long body massage and 1/2 hour facial. I was very impressed with the treatment I received and the proffessional attitude of the staff. My Therapist Emma was lovely and the treatment was just as I had requested. The facial was was lovely and I was told that I would be getting a scalp massage at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble and not once did I feel uncomfortable as can be felt in other salons. The products were fantastic. I would certainly return here and have recommended it to friends. 5 star rating. :-) *****
Such a wonderful treatment - my therapist Emma really listened to me and gave great advice on skincare. It was so nice to find a salon that specialises in organic and paraben-, SLS- & other nasties-free products! I will definitely be back.
I've been using the products she recommended since my visit, and seen a real improvement in my skin. I also found her massage to be spot on and really helped my stiff neck and shoulders.
Emma was friendly, welcoming, and professional, the salon was beautifully presented and spotless, and everyone I spoke to made me feel really at ease. I cannot recommend appuru highly enough - I've told a lot of friends that I couldn't believe the service I got from a Treatwell deal; often places treat you as second-class, but this couldn't have been further from the case.
