I rate the minimum because I booked a treatment and I could not do it as there was no availability . I rate 0 Treatwell , it is very unreliable app , this is not the first time . Lack of communications between the app and the saloons . Waste of my time

Quick and efficient waxing session. Thought the place looked a bit tired downstairs and I’d found out my time was double booked and the realises this salon is listed under two names ... which is fine but the diaries should at least be updated accordingly so booking through the app are actual appointment availabilities. I waited half an hour for my appointment to actually start.

Lovely salon, great facilities. A little off putting with the hard sell on follow up appointments and bulk buy packages during the appointment but was good overall
