I wish I could give no stars for this. Terrible lashes. There are clumps of the glue at root and lashes were stuck to my eye lid rather than my individual lash. Lady told me I had to go and wash my face and it will come off. I have never had to wash my lashes after. I hate how they look- looks like old eye liner that I haven’t washed off. Terrible!

Started off good but when it finished I was so so unhappy. Didn’t get what I asked for at all. My lashes were all clumpy and it looked so fake. When I asked for a refund (£50) I was denied and had to argue for it and left with only half a refund. Eyes are painful and now I’m going somewhere else to get this removed. Not happy at all.

Terrible experience, I booked in for 9.30am, they turned up at 9.35 to open the shop and said I had to wait 20 minutes for the wax to heat up, she was very rude. As for the treatment she told me I had to cancel my Treatwell and pay them directly to which I refused, she was so invasive for an intimate wax, I’ve never had a wax so uncomfortable and I have been having this treatment regularly for years, in the end I had to stop her and say I’ve had enough. Wouldn’t go back,
