Aga was really nice, she talked me through the whole process and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole experience. The only issue I had was the lady at the desk when I arrived, it was my first time going and I was unsure where to go and so I politely asked, I found her to be very rude and blunt with her responses. Aside from that, my experience with Aga was perfect

This was my first time having my back and shoulders waxed, Aga was great with me. Explained everything I needed to do to care for my skin afterwards. The technique she used minimised the discomfort that comes with waxing so thanks to her for that. Will definitely be back!
