I visited for Hollywood strip waxing.terrible experience. the therapist clearly didn't want to provide the service and was trying to sell a different one ,more expensive with the excuse it will peel off my skin! disgusting attitude and service

Service was great, the lady at the desk after for payment denied stamping my loyalty card and said because I paid online and not in cash she won’t stamp it. I have been coming here for years and been booking treatments on Treatwell for 2 years. To be told no with no forewarning or second chance was rude and unprofessional
