Terrible lash lift. So rough, pushed so hard on my eyes I saw stars. Used too small of a lash guard, over curled my lashes so far they pointed back & touched my eyelids, some folded at the ends & looked fried. I came back to ask her to relax the curl, she said no. Zero accountability for an obviously badly done job, blamed my eye shape/lash length. Wouldn’t correct it but offered to wash it off and refund, when I mentioned the refund SHE offered, she refused. Got it fixed elsewhere, never again
