I went into to get a luxury pedicure, which I prepaid. I am unsure if they told the specialist, she ended up doing a standard pedicure, which costs less and is less time. I asked them what the difference, on the phone they said it includes a massage but upfront when I asked they said it’s just that it’s just longer. I am pretty sure they were aware that they did the standard instead of the luxury but at that point she finished everything and went on to the next client.
