I was asked which wax I would prefer when in the treatment room - however it was not explained to me that one was more expensive than the other. Therefore, when I reached reception I was asked for the £6 difference on my 'upgrade'. I feel this is unprofessional. However, the gentleman at reception very kindly let me off this payment under the circumstances, which was fair, and the wax itself was painless with a good result.

I had a Hollywood wax (5 stars for the treatment). This was an excellent wax and was by far the least painful wax I've had to date. The therapist, Rinku, was friendly, thorough and professional and I will definitely be going back.
