Usually good practice to check in with the client on what is bothering them / where the pain is and focus on that. Great otherwise!

Finally a facial where she thoroughly scrubbed my skin and looked after it. She even massaged my scalp whilst my mask was drying. Only 2 feedback points as I really want them to get to 100% - 1) it would be good for me to know what products are being used 2) I’d prefer more handwashing inbetween just because my skin is prone to breakouts.
