I go to Anya for my waxing all the time, unfortunately this time it was really painful. The wax wasn't hardening (due to the heat in the room, according to the beautician) so there was never a clean pull... ouch :(

Booked in for a deep tissue massage, first time at the salon, really great service and great value for money. Open on Sunday's too which is a bonus

I've been coming to this place for a while now and always left happy with the service however this time my experience wasn't the best - the beautician hardly said a word and even after saying a couple of times that the wax was pretty hot, didn't seem to do much. I will come back again but will request a different person
