Great wax, surprised that they have a "one dip" policy for the sticks in the wax - definitely a plus!
Staff weren't the most informative, I was greeted with confusion and then put into a room and noone informed me if I was to speak with someone or to be undressed for waxing when she came into the room. No health questions were asked either or advice given after. I am used to being asked several questions to ensure there are no issues and being given post waxing advice.
