The facility wasn't well maintained or clean. The staff wasn't welcoming or friendly and there were several employees standing around and staring making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Not one smile. I won't go back, Many better alternatives in the area. The manicure itself was okay but I didn't find the tools used particularly sanitary.
