The treatment was fine however I had a few problems afterwards with lots of ingrown hair. Which is not normal for me, I think it's because it was a different beautician and method wasn't the usually standard. I've been to this salon lots of people time not had any issues before.

Appointment for thai massage was booked on the treatwell website for 11.30am however an hour before the venue called to say they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate the booking. obviously I wasn't happy so instead they offered a deep tissue at 11.40am. Needing a massage I had to take the appointment however wasn't seen until after 12pm. The massage was good as it always is which is why I was disappointed with the whole process, it was a let down. I guess these things happen sometimes.
