I had three treatments, each of which happened in a different room requiring me to move when half dressed. Not convenient or relaxing. The therapist was friendly but not very skilful; for example when she applied a scrub it was done in a functional way and even the subsequent moisturiser application didn't feel indulgent. While my brows were being done, she chatted to another member of staff about a customer who had complained. Anya Spa wasn't particularly expensive but for me was not good value. I won't be back.
