There's very little ambience here as it's on a busy road and gets loads of street noise, with harsh bright lighting inside and no music. The staff aren't overly welcoming (it took them a few minutes to notice that I had arrived for my appointment as they were busy chatting), and the lady who did my brows wasn't very communicative. That being said I was pretty happy with how they looked and the treatment price is good value.
