I had a Hollywood wax and am happy with the result. Therapist was knowledgeable and efficient and I felt at ease through the whole thing. Have been coming here regularly and will return.

I use Anya very often as I live local. I had gotten eyelash extensions somewhere else, however I came to get infills done at Anya as the spa is closer.
When I went into the room the therapist did not say one word to me. She didn't ask any questions like '"where did you get them done previously, how long ago did you get them done, what length/volume did you like?" Just "lay down on the bed and close your eyes."
The therapist left the door open and she was having multiple conversations in another language with someone stood outside the door, who came in and out of the room roughly three times which I found to be very annoying.
At the end when the treatment was over, it felt like my eyes were stuck together. With no verbal communication, the therapist began pulling my eyelids apart with tweezers which was actually quite painful.
The eyelashes looked okay at the end. Not as good as they were when I went to another salon. However I will still come to Anya to use their eyebrow and nail services, as these are always amazing. Probably not for eyelash infills.

There's very little ambience here as it's on a busy road and gets loads of street noise, with harsh bright lighting inside and no music. The staff aren't overly welcoming (it took them a few minutes to notice that I had arrived for my appointment as they were busy chatting), and the lady who did my brows wasn't very communicative. That being said I was pretty happy with how they looked and the treatment price is good value.
