I had a Hollywood wax and gave 5 stars for the treatment. The therapist was very thorough and efficient and I was happy with the result. However, I would have liked to be able to undress in private. The woman on reception was quite surly - could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The therapist was lovely though. The salon texted me a different (earlier) appointment time to the time I booked via Treatwell and this has happened a couple of times. I will be going back as I was happy with the waxing treatment.
