Sophie gave me a Brazillian wax and underarm, she was really friendly and professional, and made me feel really comfortable. She recommended I upgrade to the lycon wax which I did and it was well worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return. My only criticism is that when I booked through Treatwell, it didn't coordinate with the salon and they often got the time wrong of my appointment.

Should train the manicurist to not paint too close to the edges of the nail especially for shellac manicure as this will cause the nails to peel off from the edges once the nails grow out a bit.

The masseuse was friendly. Unfortunately, my massage took place in a back room which was a bit pokey and you had to duck your head to go through the door. The massage was a bit too brisk for my liking and not as relaxing as others which I have had.
