Really great hot wax, taking time to get every hair, will definitely come back again

The worst threading job I’ve had in a long time. Therapist ignored my request to leave as much hair as possible and just tidy up and has stripped my brows of their shape. Not even even on both sides and has cut the hair so short it looks spiky. She was also rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. Not happy.
