Been coming for 4 years, never again. They have shoehorned the word ‘intimate’ in to a Brazilian wax (which by definition is already intimate, at beauty college it’s a separate module from bikini waxing) as a way of charging £7 extra for the SAME SERVICE that usually costs £27. It’s a tacky way of recouping some lost money during C19. Challenged for extra cash on the way out, despite it being the same as every other wax I have had there. I paid it, but won’t rebook. Hardly a ‘spa’ to begin with.
