Love the salon, it’s my favourite in London. My first wax though and although I think hadn’t prepped 100% properly, did feel like it was a bit rushed and parts that could have been done were missed.

The therapist was very professional and polite, my lashes looked great but they started falling out the next day… I followed the after care instructions so not sure what happened. I don’t think the glue was good enough. Not happy with the results.
