I love this salon but don’t like the way get nails are removed by filing. I had to ask the therapist to stop filing as she went down to the nail bed and I felt burning several times. There should only be a light filing then the acetone to prevent damage. Please change the way you do this.

therapist was not good! She ignored me twice when I said the wax was too hot & now have light burns/skin peeling. she waxed in the wrong direction breaking hairs that are now too short to remove. Also tried to finish with large patches to go!
