I was kindly welcomed by the beautician. However, after being asked if I would prefer hot wax and telling the beautician that I would prefer strip wax, the attitude towards me completely changed. She became extremely cold and sharp.
The waxing experience was terrible. She ripped off the strips with no care at all to the point where there was a bit of bleeding. I have been having waxes for years but nothing as painful as this. The lady at the front desk was lovely but I won't be returning here

I liked the shop and the location. But the masseuse was awful. lack skill and was just going through the motions, making it feel like waste of money. she focus on checking the time instead of providing a quality massage. such a shame.
