My therapist was lovely, but there was too much focus on selling a package rather than explaining the treatment or understanding my expectations. I was asked around eight times to upgrade, which became uncomfortable. Also, the machine used isn’t the official CoolSculpting one, so results may vary. I won’t be returning, though the salon itself is lovely.
