Nice friendly and professional staff, great location and hours and a good price. Would recommend for waxing. I had Hollywood waxing with hot wax.

I was running 15 minutes late so I called and asked if I had to reschedule, they said it was fine.
The lady waxing me made me feel very comfortable, it was my first time so I was very nervous. She made light convo which was nice and kept my mind off the pain.
It is a decent place for the price you pay!

This is the second time I've been here for a Hollywood wax, and I think I'm not going to go anywhere else for it in the future. Jilpa is really good, and I'd recommend her and Anya for a Hollywood wax.

It was great as usual. The beautician is very nice and efficient, she really knows her job and is very customer oriented. It took only one hour for full body and she was not even rushing. I think they need to drop the price a bit as it is not competitive compared to nearby salons or at least give discounts to regulars.

Very pleased with the haircut. However, as I went to pay I was mislead slightly in terms of price. My hair is barely shoulder length and I was informed that they classed it as 'long'. I politely explained that this hadn't been the case for my previous appointment at the salon when I had paid for mid-length hair cut without any issues? I tried to explain this to the receptionist but in the end I felt I had to pay the extra.
