Some improvements could be made on the customer service...it would've been nice for the woman performing the wax to introduce herself and explain what she was doing. I've never had a wax before so I was clueless. Nevertheless, the results of the wax were perfect, waxing clients get 50% off nail treatments and it's in a great location so I'll be back.

Relaxed setting. There was no hard sell on products, and the facialist was not too chatty (which I liked!) just came out feeling pampered and relaxed.
