I gave one star for basic effort... Sadly not a good experience... I chose the salon through Treatwell because the salon used Wella products and I didn't want to travel 80 miles to my salon in Essex. I was seated in a chair where they left dirty make-up wipes which they did not remove until I requested. I had called ahead to check they had my colour and tried to confirm this with the colourist who responded with "I know, I know." I requested a scalp protection liquid to be applied before they coloured which they didn't have. They had a 30% off colour deal and they lived up to this by covering only 70% of the regrowth. The colourist then tried to cover up the 30% they missed by using a different colour. The colourist was very argumentative and not very pleasant about his mistake, blaming me and my hair. I have coloured my hair for many years and have NEVER experienced any trouble. My scalp was left red, within a day I had massive shedding of skin, and for the first week or more after colour, huge clumps of hair came out leaving bare patches especially around the frame of my face.
I would not return to this salon and would not recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly and professional staff and very reasonable price. I don't often get my legs waxed as I use an epilady machine at home and find that usually waxing misses quite a few hairs. But this was super quick and thorough and saved me about 45 minutes of tedious machine use:)

Good place to go if you're looking for an efficient haircut. The hairdresser is absolutely lovely too!
However I was hoping for something a bit more special though- I specifically asked for layers in my hair, but got none, other than a few at the front- so I left feeling a bit disappointed.
It still ended up nice and my hair did look good. But you get what you pay for and I wouldn't go back for a haircut.
