Amazing value, friendly staff and a great wax! I was seen immediately despite arriving early and they also accommodated my request for an additional treatment that hadn't been booked. Great salon!

I booked the wash cut and blowdry for long hair. For £34 I was extremely disappointed. I was booked for 1pm for a 60minute service yet I walked out the door at 1:30pm. The guy who did my hair was pleasant and polite, but clearly overbooked. He barely washed my hair. After quickly combing it through he began cutting without even sectioning my hair off. I asked for 2inches cut from the bottom and had barely one inch cut. He dried my hair curly. However, rushing again, it was barely dried through and the curls fell out ten minutes after I had left the salon. Im terribly dissatisfied as I have my waxing done at anya and they always treat me very well and take their time. I will not be going back to the hairsalon ever again.
