First time at Anya yesterday and was very pleased with my Brazilian hot wax. The beautician was very professional and welcoming and she took her time over the wax, making sure I wasn't in pain. The receptionist was great when I realised you had to pay cash for the £3 upgrade to hot wax (I only had a debit card) and was very happy to let me go out to a cash point. It may have been nice to have some music playing in the waxing room but that's a very small comment. Great experience all round and I'll be coming back!

I love Anya because they are consistently great and it's fantastic value for money. I tried the Lycon wax which was more as I was told it lasts longer - although the the experience was better it hasn't lasted any longer than the normal wax. Therefore, not sure I would pay the extra for that next time but still really like this place!
